Delivery and returns

Shipping and delivery policy

Purchased products may only be shipped within the all-U.S. states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and/or APO addresses.

 

As our product is customized, many processes will be started only after the order, and it could take around 2-3 weeks preparation period.

 

We do free Federal Express Overnight delivery for all Orders. Every effort is taken to process orders within 2 business days of receipt after the package is complete.

 

Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped and/or delivered. If we encounter any problems with the shipment of your Order, you will be notified ASAP.

 

All shipments require a signature by an adult (18 years old or older) on delivery. Upon signature by an adult confirming acceptance of the delivered Product(s), responsibility for the purchased Product(s) pass(es) on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by the such recipient (or by an adult at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sales contract by Murual and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the Product(s) had been delivered to you. We recommend inspecting your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.

 

If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us via email at contact us or by phone at 1-7077-MURUAL (Mon-Fri, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Pacific Time).

 

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, kindly contact us within 14 calendar days.

 

Refund policy

Our refund or return policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery date. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

 

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

 

  • The product must be in original packaging and not damaged
  • The product must be unused

   

  • If you received an NFT along your purchase, it must also be returned before your refund can be processed.

 

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

 

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

 

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

 

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Returns can be mailed to the address provided by us after starting the return process. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

 

 

  • All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Cancellation

Since the package contains certain unique and/or handcrafted items, and we have already launched some processes from the time you place your purchase, cancellation is not available.
